Personal computers will be evaluated for repair and cost estimates will be provided to the requestor. All computers are believed to be in working order unless otherwise noted. We are not accountable for defective electronic components that fail during testing; it is the sole responsibility of our customer to back up their data "before" it is brought in to LUBBOCK COMPUTERS to be worked on. Accidents do happen and we will not be held accountable for any component or lost data, this includes laptop components. Not all systems are able to be repaired/service over the internet. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS DURING REPAIR EVEN IF WE TRY TO BACK IT UP

Why should you use our services rather than the other companies?

Here's why:

 

What do I need to do to keep my system optimal running condition?

  • Keep windows updated with Microsoft
    (update XP to SP2 or Vista to SP1)

  • Have a good Anti-Virus program installed and updated (it should update often, if you have Norton ....hmm)

  • You should only have 1 Anti-Virus program installed at a time.

  • Have a good Anti-Spyware program installed and undated (it should update often)

  • Do not use Peer 2 Peer programs (limewire, bearshare, ect)

  • You don't need registry cleaner

  • Attention to detail, when installing a program uncheck the other crap it installs

  • Drag all the unused icons off the desktop to the recycle bin

  • Use the add and remove programs in control panel...
