·   Computers must have Microsoft XP or Vista installed and a working broadband internet service connection – Sorry no dail-up

We will... 

• Every 90 days for 1 year we log into your computer and perform the following service.
• Adjust your system settings for the fastest and smoothest performance possible
• Clean up your hard drive and free more space.
• Apply the most recent security updates and patches for your operating system.
• Update your system with the current operating system security updates
• Remove unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
• Determine if your firewall is enabled
• Check your antivirus software to be sure it is working properly
• Scan for viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits
• Review your computer's history of visited web sites and offer suggestions on which ones to avoid in the future
• Offer advice and suggestions on how to best keep you and your family safe online
• Offer online storage for backing up your vital data.

Our software only works when YOU initiate the connection.  Once the software is closed, we can't get back into your computer until you re-open it.
