Personal computers will be evaluated for repair and cost estimates will
be provided to the requestor. We are not accountable for defective
electronic components that fail during testing; it is the sole
responsibility of our customer to back up their data "before" it is
brought in to LUBBOCK COMPUTERS to be worked on. Accidents do happen and
we will not be held accountable for any component or lost data. *WE ARE
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS DURING REPAIR..
Lubbock Computers is not responsible for any repaired equipment left
after 60 days. If system is un-repairable please pickup within 30 days
or the system will be disposed of. If you acquire operating system
problems please return the system within 14 days or additional cost will
be incurred. If the problem is something due to customer error
additional cost will be applied. We are not responsible for windows
activations we will provide you with the information to call
Microsoft. Due to the licensing agreements we can only reinstall the
software you provide to us. A product key (licensing sticker on case) is
required for reinstallation of windows. Sometimes during malware removal
the operating system will get corrupt and may need to be reinstalled. We can not reinstall Windows or Office without a valid PRODUCT KEY. I need your Windows Login Password to work on your system.
