Terms of Service

Personal computers will be evaluated for repair and cost estimates will be provided to the requestor. All computers are believed to be in working order unless otherwise noted. We are not accountable for defective electronic components that fail during testing; it is the sole responsibility of our customer to back up their data "before" it is brought in to LUBBOCK COMPUTERS to be worked on. Accidents do happen and we will not be held accountable for any component or lost data, this includes laptop components. Not all systems are able to be repaired/service over the internet. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS DURING REPAIR EVEN IF WE TRY TO BACK IT UP
